FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is this product really for men?
Yes. The pelvic floor is the base of every man's core, and the inner thighs and hips are key drivers of athletic movement. The Kegelle trainer is unisex — the same tool works for anyone who wants a stronger foundation.
How often should I use it?
Most people start with 2–3 sets of 15–20 controlled squeezes, most days of the week — about 10 minutes a day. Like any strength training, consistent light work beats occasional heavy sessions.
How long until I notice a difference?
Everyone is different, but with consistent daily use most people begin to feel more aware and in control of their deep core within a few weeks. Strength builds gradually — treat it like any other muscle group.
Can I use it while sitting at my desk?
Absolutely — that's one of its biggest advantages. It works seated, standing or lying down, so you can train during work breaks, while watching TV or as part of your warm-up.
Is it a medical device?
No. The Kegelle Core & Pelvic Floor Trainer is general-purpose fitness equipment for strength training. It is not a medical or therapeutic device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an injury or a health concern, please speak with a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise routine.
What is it made of?
Lightweight, durable polypropylene with a stable triangle support structure and adjustable 360° contact pads. It weighs just 570 g — light enough for a gym bag or suitcase.
What colours are available?
Blue, Pink and Purple.
